In the event that the results provided to you by Impulse Design Group, Inc. contain errors please contact us immediately. We require a final approval from clients before completing and invoicing a project. 

Delivery Timing Services
Delivery timing is scheduled via time line presented at the beginning of each project. Clients are asked to review and approve all time lines. If you have any changes to time lines for your project, please contact us.

Prices for Services
Impulse Design Group, Inc. has an array of prices for different marketing budgets. Each client is presented with a proposal for services. Prices are disclosed through the proposal. Clients agree to such terms and prices by signing the proposal/contract. If you have any questions pertaining to your contract please contact us.

What About Cookies?

How Secure Is Information About Me?

• We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
• We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
